A female entrepreneur from Long Island is working to help the planet while satisfying family dogs and supporting homeless animals. Pure Earth Pets, Inc. was founded in July 2019 with the mission of bringing healthy, natural, and environmentally-friendly pet products into the homes of every dog owner nationwide. The eco-conscious, monthly box initiative was inspired by the founder’s rescue dog, Dover, and the challenge of finding high quality and eco-friendly products. Pure Earth Pets, Inc. (PEP) was founded to appeal to the convenience of pet subscription boxes and meet the demand of unique, ethically-sourced, and healthy dog products. Dover works alongside his owners as the official product tester. Each item is “Dover-approved” before the company considers adding the product for its boxes or listing it for sale on its website.
