Our idea, business model and its USP: The name of the company is idlidu. The business idea is to provide an online, global, platform for artists, fine arts performers and live entertainers to get work and more importantly, get paid. On the other hand, our clients will include all those people who are hosting a ceremony or get-together of some kind. We are setting up an employment exchange for artists and live performers, so to speak.The Business model comprises primarily of commissions, which we plan to get from all the performances, which we are going to arrange. In short, once the artist and the client enters into an online contract, with each other, the client pays the artist’s fees into our website escrow account. After the artist performs his or her performance, we take a small commission and pay the balance amount to the artist. Nobody has undertaken a project of such innovative enormity as of now. We are going to be the “Upwork” and / or “Airbnb” for live performances, in the time to come. This is our USP.
