Neighborhood Coworking offices are different from conventional Coworking as they are accessible every 5 kms. We firmly believe that people love to work in a high quality office space close to their place of residence or business, rather than commuting long distance. We take care of all expenses associated with opening & operating an office like office furnishing & equipment, rental, electricity, WiFi, security, housekeeping, printing & scanning etc. Our customers pay a small membership fee per seat. This saves them time and money, which can be used to enhance their business. TOP's vision is to have multiple offices spread across the city - so you can find the closest office within 5 kms. You can think of us as a convenient store (like 7-ELEVEN) of Coworking. TOP currently runs 10 NCWs and Managed Offices across Delhi NCR. Over 140 companies are using our offices. Over the next 2 years TOP target to open 50 offices across 3 cities with 1000 companies as our customers.
