This includes regular and preventative maintenance as well as apartment upgrades to increase its aesthetics and rental income. This also saves money for our clients as we are more affordable than other contractors. Conduct On-site Inspections Committed to overseeing property’s current condition/ generating maintenance for repairs. Tenant Management Help manage/ assist tenant matters relating to general inquiries, process/ review rental applications & lease agreements, etc. Legal Matters Seville stays up to date with current real estate laws on local, state, and federal level. We continue to enhance our knowledge in the real estate industry by attending meetings and webinars through Kimball Tirey & St. John and being proactive members of CAR and SDAR.
