DUALITY SRL was born from the collaboration between historic lift companies in Milan: the Rodi of the Rocci family and the Della Giovanna Ascensori group of the homonymous family. These two companies have successfully managed more than 20,000 lift systems for over 50 years, thanks also to the collaboration and trust established over time with thousands of Condominium Administrators. The idea was born from the opportunity to bring high-level energy and connected services to condominium administrators at competitive prices, thanks to a special agreement, first studied and designed by us and then realized with OPTIMA ITALIA Spa (leader in the energy sector) to benefit of "Condominium" customers. With this agreement DUALITY SRL is able to propose a Gas & Light offer dedicated to Condominium Administrators at advantageous, clear and agreed conditions year by year, eliminating the risk of unexpected price increases.
