Coaching Ways has been founded in 2004 by Max Meulemans, MCC (Master Certified Coach), in Belgium. The offered program is based on his experience as a coach and trainer. Coaching ways training program is an ICF ACTP (Accredited Coach-Training Program) and leads its students to become a coach at an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) or PCC (Professional Certified Coach) level of International Coach Federation (ICF). It allows you to obtain the title of professional coach with access to ICF certifications. This program has been created to be lived as an adventure, experience to leave a significant trace in the path of a person while proposing the 11 ICF competencies and tools. It brings the possibility to master the know-how and “to be” a coach. The singularity of our teaching is based on the practice as much as favoring the anchor of this new posture. Briefly, a humanistic coloring is given, by Ken Wilber's integral vision as well as Don Beck’s Dynamic Spiral with the perspective which an individual or a company evolves. This integrative approach is particularly adapted to our socio-economic world, which is undergoing profound change.
