Since our early planning phase, to our launch in October 2021, skill-smiths set out to disrupt the IT recruitment services industry. Rob & Marc, the founders have a combined 38 years’ experience in the IT sector. Having worked closely together for a large systems integrator in the South Africa and International market, we set out to challenge the status quo and how businesses interact and contract IT talent by providing a highly personalised, transparent and honest interaction. We remain involved throughout the entire engagement.
