Robert has over 30 years of experience acting for parties on both sides of litigation disputes, including individuals and institutional clients, and he uses that experience and perspective to help parties successfully resolve their disputes. He has been a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court (Central East Region) since 2006, presiding over numerous trials, motions and settlement conferences. He is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario, and has received the designation of Qualified Mediator (Q.Med). Robert is available to provide mediation and arbitration services throughout Ontario.
