LK Learning Solutions was founded in November 2010. I am Liz Kearney the L K in Learning Solutions. I am a Professional Trainer and Business coach. I work with Leaders, Line Managers, Teams and Individuals. I provide tailored in-house programmes, open programmes and 1:2:1 coaching (Online and in person). Having worked in a Senior Management Role in Retail Banking for many years I experienced first-hand many of the challenges (and rewards) we encounter when working with other people. I also learned the crucial importance of building resilience and maintaining our wellbeing when working under high pressure and demand.
