Also performing with be Cris Jacobs, Cabinet, Colebrook Road and Man About A Horse. The opening slot will be filled by the winner of a battle of the bands competition. The 2016 festival will also feature "The Bluegrass Academy," where festival performers will give short lessons and discuss their music and playing techniques. Just like at previous festivals, there will be an open bluegrass jam throughout the day. General admission and VIP tickets are on sale now via the festival's website. For each ticket sold, the festival will donate $2 to the Howard Peters Rawlings Conservatory and Botanic Gardens, which sits next to the festival grounds, to support horticulture education programs. Love Canon will play the hits of the '80s bluegrass style at The 8X10 as the official after-party with ticketing details TBA.
