Hinchcliff House has been a part of Circular Quay since the late 1870s. Built & operated by wool broker Andrew Hinchcliff, the structure remains standing to this day as the city continues to grow around it. This revamped wool store now houses four levels of dining and drinking experiences: Apollonia, Grana, Lana, and Hinchcliff House Events. Each level has a unique atmosphere, offering & soul.
