Mindset Psychology provides mental health services to workplaces in order to improve employee wellbeing and effectiveness. Services are provided by registered psychologists and are tailored to the needs of the organisation. Our most common services are mental health awareness workshops for staff and for managers, evaluating and expanding mental health strategy and resilience-based workshops to improve employee coping skills.
