Citizen Change Academy was created by 3 time political appointee Veronica Butcher after over 20 years of working in the political/nonprofit/government arena where she heard a lack of women's voices at the most important decision making tables. She saw a clear need for a different approach to change making to accommodate the many demands on women's time and energy.
