Our current mission is to develop partnerships, build trust to develop products, provide services and deliver code that is maintainable and clean. Our core area of competency includes 1. Consulting and development services for Web Application Software 2. Migration from on prem to cloud 3. Converting legacy applications to SAAS 4. Helping discover potential applications of AI and ML 5. Microservice architecture based development 6. deciphering legacy applications and helping to migrate to newer and more easily maintainable & modern tech 7. Career counselling, technical training, paid internship and mentorship for interested students who want to make a career developing software We focus on employing local talent especially women graduates who are unable to travel to cities due to family constraints etc and training/enabling them to eventually become independent software consultants. Due to family commitments many women graduates though skilled are unable to contribute due to lack of framework for work from home and part time work. We want to contribute towards creating a platform for part time / hourly granular work. Enabling large scale micro-contracting with focus on tasks and delivery. Helping to avoid overhead and hassles of lead generation, timesheets, invoicing etc. We are also looking to ramp up on Web3.0 tech stack and buidl in this space. Our goal is to work peacefully in a "Keep Learning" environment without stressful and toxic culture of "Infinite Greed and Forever Growth".
