About Lisa: Lisa has always been inspired by travel. As a child, she spent summers exploring the vibrant streets of London and New York with her family. Her never-ending curiosity revealed another love and she realized that designing was her dream. But, as life does, it sent Lisa on all sorts of new adventures. She became a finance executive and a Harvard grad, and never stopped trotting across the globe. Each year brought new cities, cultural experiences, and escapades. Things came full circle when Lisa took a reunion trip to Europe with her family. All her childhood memories came rushing back. It was clear: her dream of designing was as strong as ever, and was only growing. She decided it was time to follow her passion to the fullest with Lace & Pearls. As she sketched her first designs, Lisa kept versatility in mind. She thought: when your life is full of Trans-Atlantic flights, how do you fit all your fashion in a carry-on? She created tops and shirts that could be paired with pants, skirts, and shorts — for a variety of occasions, times, and looks. Her designs turned heads from locals in Paris and Milan, and word started to spread. Since then, Lisa has grown the brand into an extensive line of beautiful tops, all with her personal touch.
