Designation.One’s aim is to steer diverse talent from underrepresented groups to accelerate their leadership potential. After working closely with the philanthropic and non-profit sectors, we observed, that organizations continue to be set up from homogenous groups, particularly at the board level. To achieve boardrooms that fully reflect our societies, we have created Designation.One to assist with the recruitment and advancement of underrepresented talent on boards as well as educating and sharing of best practices. We help organizations recognize the opportunities and benefits by placing a focus on the SG in #ESG.
