Our purpose at Women in Pharma (WIP) Iberia is to support and empower women working in the pharmaceutical industry in Portugal and Spain to reach their full potential and to leave an imprint in their journey. At WIP ISPE Iberia Affiliate, we strongly believe that women are a catalyst for change, with the potential to drive progress, and to nurture collaborations and relationships. Through our actions we (1) deliver a safe and trusted environment for women to connect and share ideas, to support and inspire each other, and to help shape opportunities to the more unfavored ones; (2) provide the tools to support women building-up their skills set (soft and hard skills), to be successful and business-savvy, to be equally recognized, and to be self-aware of their potential and value.
