St. Vincent's Hospice is a community resource for the people of Renfrewshire, and neighbouring North Ayrshire, providing specialist palliative care to those living with life limiting illnesses. The Hospice multi disciplinary team works in partnership with members of both the acute and primary care teams to provide skilled knowledge and support to patients and their families. Care is promoted in a friendly and supportive atmosphere to patients, families and carers, both during and after the illness in times of bereavement.
