With 9 years of resume writing experience, if there’s anything Kaylyn Blair, CEO and Founder of A-OK Resumes, knows to be true about career pathways it is that they are not linear. While her BA and MA are in Spanish, she collected as much career counseling and coaching experience as possible through graduate assistantships and student employment. After graduating at the start of the pandemic, she took the leap and started A-OK Resumes & Career Coaching, with the goal to educate individuals on how to break out of career norms and stereotypes, to identify their strengths, find jobs and opportunities that are aligned with those strengths, and to live their brightest lives, personally and professionally.
