We provide training, events, and consultancy to increase intercultural awareness and sensitivity. We do this by creating safe spaces for dialogue around cultural matters, to break down perceived barriers. Our objective is to reduce 'othering' of marginalised groups through the utilisation of communication. We do this by: - Creating safe spaces for people to discuss cultural issues. - Encouraging people to value both similarities and differences. - Breaking down perceived cultural barriers. - Challenging people to come out of their comfort zones and ask difficult questions, therefore expanding their cultural awareness. - Organising dynamic & interactive events such ‘Challenging Islamophobia’ & 'How to be an Ally' featuring a rich mix of speakers including academics, activists, community leaders, spoken word performers and musicians. - Delivering tailored workshops in schools, organisations and businesses around identity, unconscious bias, negative media representation, racism, tolerance, Islamophobia and stereotypes.
