What We Do Current programs focus upon team work, communication skills, leadership qualities, problem solving, conflict resolution, peace building, cultural sensitivity, disability awareness, and goal setting. This foundation of target skills allows us to grow with your group to develop additional essential team building skills with specific programs we offer.
