The David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS) Regional Office in Chile promotes vibrant intellectual dialogue and synergetic initiatives between Harvard affiliates from all schools and centers and Latin American partners. We do so by generating local multidisciplinary networks and alliances with leaders and strategic institutions of the public, private, non-profit, and academic sectors. The Office specializes in the design, management, and funding of institutional projects and events that engage Harvard faculty and students in experiential learning and collaborative approaches to solving difficult problems in the Region across many different fields. Our efforts have created new opportunities and resulted in a rich set of research, programmatic, and student activities at Harvard and in the Region.
