Houchin Consulting was established in February, 2006. Initially, I began by offering support and guidance to smaller companies needing assistance in all areas of Human Resources. Progressively, I began to notice the need for training and education, focusing in the areas that are pitfalls for new and seasoned Supervision and Management such as Harassment, Discrimination, Bullying and LGBTQI (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex) workplace professionalism. Houchin Consulting continues to offer Human Resources Alignment (assistance with all areas of Human Resources) as well as training and educational opportunities through webinars, seminar, conference arenas, in-service, one-on-one, and small group settings.
