Ever since it was set up as a local Wineshop in Friedberg (Frankfurt area) in 1980, Le Vigneron Francais has remained, first and foremost, a traditional French wine shop with respect for quality and the authenticity of the different terroirs and appreciate the longterm cooperation of the French winyards. Over the years, we have flourished to a trully a national specialist with the widest selection of for French wines. There are very, very few brand names here. We choose wines that express their origins, the talent and commitment of the growers and winemakers, and the inherent quality of the vintage. Our wines are hand selected for quality, typicity and taste. We don't buy or offer wines based on ratings or reviews. Ratings don't reflect the personality of a wine, and reviews don't tell the whole story. We prefer to do our own tasting and make our own decisions based on that experience, together with our knowledge of the vintage, the vineyards and the producers.
