ELY - Encouraging Leadership in Youth is a Social Entrepreneurship Start-Up accompanying young adults (age of 15 to 20) in their personal development. We organize tailored personality development programs for young adults making their first steps in professional working environments, which is followed up by a one-year extended program honing their leadership and management skills focusing on transmitting so-called "kind leadership" skills.
