The Craft Guild of Dallas is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing arts and craft instruction for over 64 years. We offer year-round classes and workshops for adult students, from the beginner to the advanced, taught in the disciplines of metalsmithing, pottery, glass, bookbinding, painting, drawing, and more. Students create in new, professionally-equipped studios. Our Young Artists Program includes specially designed classes for children and young adults, ages 5-18. The Craft Guild was founded in 1948 to provide instruction and studios for artists and craftspersons, to raise the standards of craftsmanship and design by offering exhibitions and competitive show opportunities, and to stimulate interest in the fine arts and crafts through community outreach. The Craft Guild operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and derives its funding from annual dues, tuition for classes and workshops, as well as generous donations. Membership is open to the public.
