Right Directions (Management) Limited has been established since September 2004. We provide health & safety, environmental management HR & quality management consultancy to a variety of sectors including Sport & Leisure. We are a support service, which helps facilities improve their quality management, health & safety systems, environmental procedures and customer service through training, audits & mystery visits. We have grown organically purely through word of mouth We manage Quest the UK Quality Award for Leisure Centres, this covers over 800 leisure facilities/ teams; we report to Sport England, Sport Scotland, Sport Wales and Sport Northern Ireland. We are responsible for training, recruiting and mentoring assessors. We provide help lines for assessors, mystery visitors and leisure facilities. On behalf of the ukactive we organise and deliver comprehensive health & safety audits for the fitness sector. Our Team are dedicated, passionate and knowledgeable senior managers who have all worked up the career ladder, there ‘feet are firmly on the ground’; our USP is that we have all worked at grass roots level, so we understand how facilities work and are not like normal consultants who give lots of advice, but don’t get their hands dirty!
