ClearVenture Legal was founded in April 2017 by Matt Bradshaw.  ClearVenture Legal was named to convey the message that clarity in purpose and vision provides unparalleled strength to companies and its stakeholders. By establishing policies, procedures, and developing proper checks and balances, the officers, directors, and shareholders of a company can sleep easier knowing that they have taken proper steps to increase the probability of success for their venture.  Matt founded ClearVenture in a belief that the traditional law firm model is in many ways broken. Due to the cost-structure and historical staffing models employed, most small and mid-sized companies are unable to obtain sophisticated legal services at a reasonable price. They are resolved to utilize poorly drafted, outdated, or unenforceable materials and resources that are available through online services. ClearVenture Legal aims to buck the trend of oversized legal offices and fixed overhead structures and provides flexible pricing structures based on the actual needs of its clients. Before founding ClearVenture Legal PLLC, Matt worked at the largest Mountain West based law firm, Holland & Hart LLP, and the largest Idaho-based law firm, Hawley Troxell.  Matt believes that law requires some degree of specialization. Matt is quick to refer those matters outside of his areas of expertise to others. However, within the practice areas identified above, Matt has and will continue to provide a cost-efficient solution for his clients.
