Speedwell Construction is a family owned construction business celebrating its 21st year of success. From the start, we were valued by our early customers for bringing excellent management resources to every job and for completing projects on time and within budget. The loyalty from our customers and the referrals they were quick to give, helped us build a strong reputation for the company in the commercial building industry throughout the Northeast region. Over the past two decades, we have enjoyed steady growth, largely due to our ever-growing loyal customer network, who are quick to speak well of our company and our services. We built our first CVS Pharmacy on Prince Street in Lancaster in 1996. CVS has since become our largest client and over 100 stores have been built by Speedwell Construction across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. We have had the pleasure of working on a variety of commercial and industrial projects including buildings for Dutch Valley Foods, Dick's Sporting Goods, Barnes & Noble Bookstores, as well as other retail stores, medical facilities, and office buildings.
