A few of the forms that Artsphere has are- Dance (Indian and Western forms), Arts, Fitness, Health, Special needs care, martial arts, music, theatre, pre and post natal care, therapy and counselling. Starting from the baby in the womb till a person at the age of even 90, we have a wide variety of activities to offer. Artsphere is the pioneer of Dance Movement Therapy in Pune. Driven by a team of professional therapists and psychologists, Artsphere offers dance and art based therapies thereby bringing about a significant amount of positive difference in an individual's life, building self esteem, motivation, leadership skills, growth, self expression and satisfaction to name a few, mainly through stress release, relaxation and by letting go of inhibitions and mental as well as physical restrictions.
