We benchmark ourselves against this statement particularly when developing new recruitment solutions Our business strategy has been clear since day one – namely developing key relationships with clients, understanding their business and delivering on objectives set at the time of supply. This is something that we are proud to say that we achieve time and again. We are pleased to be able to say that some of our clients have chosen to use our services for the past 16 years! We have never lost a client based on the level of service we give, which is something we are delighted to remind people about! Our growth strategy has also centered on the Account Managers we recruit. We understand that clients like to deal with people they know and trust and so we work hard to retain some of the best talent in the Recruitment Industry. Many of our Account Managers have been with us since we first opened our doors in 1996; this is testament to the development, training and ethos that we instil into of our employees. 2014 saw Smart Solutions purchase RDUK, with and 24 month plan to integrate it in to Smart Solutions national brand.
