Blue Sky Communities was formed in the Fall of 2012 with a foundation of over 50 years of affordable housing experience. Since then, the company has grown into a leader of providing affordable housing for the hardest working citizens in the State of Florida. In doing so, it has also evolved into a leader in helping non-profit organizations create new affordable housing and preserve existing developments for their clients.
