That’s why we like to do things a bit differently. No fees for tenants…ever. Rents are high enough these days, so we don’t believe in charging fees to tenants. You pay a deposit and your rent; that’s it! Personalized service Each property we manage has a dedicated property manager who knows the house, the landlord and the tenants personally. This is how we can offer such great service, and keep our customers happy. Proactive Management We actively seek to contact tenants regularly offering advice and help on how to get the best out of their property, whether its advise about using the heating, leaving the house for holidays, or getting the most back from their deposit, this results in happy tenants, and happy landlords. In house maintenance We have an in house maintenance team meaning we can attend and deal with issues as and when they arise.
