The Drone Logistics Ecosystem (DLE) is a virtual global network of companies, universities, government agencies, and investors working to standardise the Drone logistics industry. In the past year, DLE has rapidly gained 49 members (attached below), including 45 Startups/SMEs across 21 countries, the university of Twente in the Netherlands and UNITEN in Malaysia, Japan UAS Industry Development Association, Chesterfield County (Virginia, US). Currently, the drone logistics industry is at its inception stage. The rapid growth of 50% CAGR has attracted many entrepreneurs and investors from aviation and beyond to join the cause. The DLE aims to bring together these businesses, academics, regulators, and financiers into the same space to stimulate progress and innovation within the drone delivery industry. Many companies in the sector are early-stage start-ups with limited access to funding, human resources and expertise. DLE is a platform for companies to co-development products & services, solidify cross-border collaboration and gain market access.
