Facility Assessments / Due Diligence Our team has performed more than five hundred due diligence assessments for our clients across the country. We can utilize in-house digital recording devices to supplement our indoor air quality assessments, and log data trends as needed to indicate the reaction of comfort parameters over time as the HVAC system and building interact. Our methodology is proven and has been tested by litigation and defended through deposition on behalf of our clients.
