RCI Life Limited (C45787) and RCI Insurance Limited (C45786) (“the Companies”) were incorporated in Malta on 10th December 2008 as subsidiaries of RCI Services Limited (C45692) (incorporated on 26th November 2008), a wholly owned subsidiary of RCI Banque SA. The Companies, which provide insurance solutions to customers of RCI Banque SA’s automobile financing business, are authorised under the Insurance Business Act 1998 to carry on long term and general business in European Markets as regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
