We specialize in both designing and building homes that are tailored to meet the needs of our homeowners and how they live, in a seamless and easy process. _____ Our building area extends approximately one hour driving distance from our offices located in Locust Grove, Virginia. We currently build in Orange, Culpeper, Spotsylvania, Louisa, King George, Madison, and Stafford Counties as well as the City of Fredericksburg. We are happy to extend this area on a case to case basis depending on the scope of your project.
