* To promote STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education and motivate students in K-12 schools from Wayne and Monroe counties through developing various training, workshops. * To organize regional competition tournaments and support state & national Science Olympiad tournament. * To improve community, business, and industry perception and support of science education. * To recognize talented students, dedicated teachers, and community individuals and organizations. * The Wayne-Monroe Science Olympiad, Inc. shall operate exclusively as an educational, non-Profit organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.
