By elevating a project’s efficiency and realizing the full potential of its synergies, we produce master plans that are as much destinations as value investments LEED Consultancy: Consortio's staff consists of LEED® Accredited Professionals and assists clients to obtain Project Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Consortio has used the LEED® rating system as a framework for the energy and environmental design for many buildings and is currently managing the Certification process for numerous projects under the same system.
