Lynemouth Power Ltd. Our power station is located in the Northumberland coastal community of Lynemouth. We are currently undergoing a major conversion programme from coal to biomass electricity generation to support the Government’s pledge on climate change. Our 150 employees each have an important role to play in generating safe and sustainable energy, and here we’ll share with you examples of how Lynemouth Power meets its obligations to local communities, developing the skills and expertise that are integral to the future of the UK energy industry.
