There I saw the flaws that come with any agency small or large. The VP of something brings you in and as soon as you sign on you never hear from them again. Once you’re on board, all communication is with an account manager who has fundamental knowledge when it comes to digital marketing. I’m the person in the background that gets you the results and that you should have talked to in the first place. But at the end of the month, all those people need to be paid, and only one of them did the work. So I suggest we ditch the other two and work together at a third of the cost.
