ACT - "Working with today's Leaders in Sport to create tomorrow's Leaders in Business" Athlete Career Transition (ACT) was founded in 2011 by international rugby players Andy & Steve Moore. ACT works with current Elite Athletes and leading global businesses to create a seamless transition for the athlete from competitive sport through to the professional workplace. We provide the Athlete with professional work placements and transition support so that the day they retire they can start an executive position in their new career in the knowledge they are professionally and mentally prepared. It's becoming an ever-increasing problem for retiring Athletes so there is an obvious need from their side but there is growing demand from businesses to aquire and retain retiring athletes because of their natural qualities and transferable skills plus the profile they bring.
