Imperial College Foundation is a U.S. non-profit corporation operating exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, whose principal goal is to advance the pursuits of Imperial in the most advanced training and research in various branches of the sciences and their application to medicine and industry. The Foundation is recognized as a public charitable foundation, under section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Service code.
