KettleFit is a Strength and Conditioning Coaching business by Jarrod Egan and Scott Taylor defined by the predominant use of kettle bells and circuit training, who bring the specialised service provided to professional teams to the public. Jarrod Egan comes with a wealth of elite fitness coaching experience, having worked as a strength and conditioning coach for some of the most successful AFL teams, including Geelong, North Melbourne and Port Adelaide Football Clubs. He has also worked across sporting codes, as Head of Fitness for the Celtic Football Club, and the West End Redbacks Cricket Team. Scott Taylor, a ex-senior AFL player himself, combines his years of experience in the professional system with his personal training qualifications, Kettlebell training, Qigong Level 5 Training and NLP and Life Coaching – the perfect combination to guide and mentor clients towards their personal fitness goals.
