Pathfinder was founded by clinicians to provide the best possible care to people with complex mental health needs. With the backing of social impact investors, Pathfinder has been able to reimagine how mental health services are designed and delivered. We put the individual first in everything we do. This means placing their needs at the heart of all decisions, focusing on recovery and providing the most effective, least restrictive interventions.
