Our first store, Comunidad Blanco y Negro, exists to provide better access to organic and chemical-free produce including our own and other community farms. We sell coffee to go and a selection of natural Costa Rican packaged goods and select imports. Our business model keeps happiness and human development as a priority but considers a spectrum of innovative efforts to build sustainable societies such as soil conservation, local employment, continuous education, wellness, product innovation, and low consumption of carbon fuels. Along with selling our products locally, we offer group educational tours and farm-to-table experiences for groups of 2-100 guests.
