Make Shift Happen Australia is a majority owned and operated First Nations Social Enterprise. We engage and empower First Nation’s communities and individuals by providing specialised resources through support, mentoring, training, employment placement and funding. These initiatives and resources also support our clients to fulfil the requirements of their Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Make Shift Happen was founded to address the challenges of bridging the opportunity gaps of First Nations people to contribute to the various markets and industry sectors for which we operate.
