We do Community Outreach: Reaching out to the underprivileged section of our society to raise awareness of mental health. The experiment is called Aatma Work We cater Community Storytelling: Storytelling to encourage the environment of listening and sharing since both elements are therapeutic in nature Brief Intervention Programs BIPs focus on providing intervention and meets the psychological need of schools, rehabilitation centers, and the corporate sector We provide Internships It provides a platform to our young adults to focus on self-awareness and implement workshops to support the community Training and Development Programs With our corporate partners, to enhance employee productivity and engagement by enhancing work-life balance and create awareness about factors affecting mental health at work We deliver Individual Support – Counselling & Therapy A 10-12 session individual therapy program to provide one-on-one personal counselling & therapy
