We are primarily catering to the Auto-Component industry and are engaged in the manufacturing of: i) Oil-Tempered Wires ii) Cold Coiled Springs Our plant is a state of the art Plant which runs on a continuous piece flow concept with a capacity of more than 1.5 million springs (5,000 springs per day X 300days). Our Factory shed admeasuring 30,000 sq. ft. is constructed on land 5,500 sq. meters approx. The plant has been established to target the Suspension Coil Springs market which requires a range from 8 mm wire diameter to 16 mm, KARO COILS has installed a coiling machine from Herdon, Taiwan which caters to this range.
