Gauci Maistre & Gauci Maistre is a multi practice law firm located in the heart of Valletta, Malta. The firm dates back to the 1920s when the late Agostino Gauci-Maistre obtained the degree of Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta and set up his practice in the Islands of Malta. After a successful career practicing as a lawyer in both the inferior courts as well as the superior Courts of Malta, he was called to judiciary and served as magistrate and judge on the Commercial Court until he retired at the age of 65. Throughout the years the firm has developed a vast and diverse clientèle in the various areas of practice in which the firm operates. Malta's emergence as a financial services centre has led the firm to specialise in the financial services industry in order to be able to serve the needs of this ever increasing field.
